The Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office held their annual Law Day event May 10th, 2018 at the Wakulla Environmental Institute. Sheriff Miller and the WCSO recognized 4 distinguished members of the Sheriff’s Office with awards for their exceptional work over the past year. Prime Meridian Bank sponsored the event and Posey’s Up The Creek Steamroom provided a delicious lunch.
Nancy Watts was awarded as the WCSO Outstanding Volunteer of the Year.
Meci Taylor was awarded as the Communications Officer of the Year.
Detention Deputy Marcus Flournah was awarded as the Correctional Officer of the Year.
And Deputy Jeremy Creel was awarded as the Law Enforcement Officer of the Year.
