The Civil Section is responsible for the receipt, processing, servicing and enforcement of subpoenas, summons, evictions, injunctions and other orders issued by the courts. The Warrants Section's primary responsibility is for receiving and processing warrants for the courts. This unit is also called upon to assist other agencies in locating fugitives who may have fled to another jurisdiction.
