|Man arrested with crack and powder cocaine|
On Feb. 16, James Arthur Farmer, Jr., 42, of Crawfordville was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of cocaine and possession of narcotics equipment. Deputies discovered Farmer sleeping in a vehicle that was running on Dogwood Drive. A search of the vehicle turned up $1,993 in U.S. currency, one gram of crack cocaine and 7.5 grams of powder cocaine along with plastic baggies and a scale.
The narcotics tested positive as cocaine once tested at the WCSO. Farmer was transported to the Wakulla County Jail where he remains with no bond. The cocaine was valued at approximately $900. Deputy Gibby Gibson, Deputy Clint Beam, Deputy Sean Wheeler and Sgt. Danny Harrell investigated.
