The Human Resource Division plays a vital role in the agency. The main goal is to provide the necessary assistance to approximately 150 employees and many volunteers as well as provide service to the general public.

One of the most important roles of HR is the recruitment and selection process for new hires. HR receives and processes employment and volunteer applications on a daily basis for all positions. The application process includes a complete and thorough background investigation.
